The base 16 number system used to describe the Red Green Blue colour levels in web images or design graphics. The number order is 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F. Three pairs of numbers are used to set colour levels. For example FF FF FF would be pure white (all colours on full). FF 00 00 would produce pure red, and 00 00 00 would produce black. The colour of this text is 33 33 33.
